By creating an account or using The Card Site("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Card Site provides A free digital business card you can share with a tap, plus honest guides to the popular options out there. No app, no subscription, no vendor spin. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or business per account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You own the content you create on The Card Site. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and deliver that content as part of operating the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The Card Site costs $0 after a 0-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. Paid plans are billed monthly. All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

During the 0-day free trial, no payment is taken. At the end of the trial, your account enters a "paused" state if no payment method is on file. A paused account is not active but your content is retained. You can reactivate by subscribing.

The Card Site owns all intellectual property in the Service, including templates, designs, code, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any The Card Site IP to you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Card Site is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
